Hello everyone :)

I took a few pictures while traveling through Srisailum Forest road, anytime would be the best time to travel through this forest road. It is better to avoid this during the rainy season. And we are not allowed to travel during night time, the authorities stop us in the middle. 


Traveling through our own vehicle is the best.

198. GODDESS CHENGALAMMA TEMPLE Sullurpeta #2

Hello everyone :)

Goddess Chengalamma temple is located in Sullurpeta which I had the chance to visit. This temple was built in 10th century.

There is interesting story behind the temple.

Many hundred years ago when the villagers wanted to build a road to the temple, the Goddess appeared in their dreams and blessed them. Following the instructions of the Goddess, the temple was kept open for whole 24 hours.

 Sullurpeta is also famous as Satish Dhawan Space Centre is very near this place.

This tree here is as old as this temple.

The other area where the accommodation is available is very well maintained.

197. NIGHT LIGHT #6 ISKCON TEMPLE Bengaluru

Previously I posted photographs of the Post Cards purchased from ISKCON Temple, please have a look if you haven’t.

After the darshan, when I could finally have my camera, I snapped few pictures, the temple looked spectacular in the night as well. I even had the chance to click few moon pictures.
