Sharing the pictures of another magnificent temple located in Alampur, on the banks Tungabhadra River, in the state of Telangana. 


This is the picture of the other temple.


I was really scared when I was taking these pictures, as no one other than me was taking them. LOL

 This is the picture of the entrance of the temple from inside of the temple.


The rising sun really enhanced the beauty of the temples.

Sharing the pictures of another magnificent temple located in Alampur, on the banks Tungabhadra River, in the state of Telangana. 

We visited the temple very early in the summer morning. The falling sun rays on this temple makes the temple much more beautiful.

After exiting one temple we visit another deity temple located nearby at the other end.

Sharing the pictures of another magnificent temple located in Alampur, on the banks Tungabhadra River, in the state of Telangana. 


Alampur is considered as the western gateway of Srisailam. 


Here the marvelous temple and remains of some ancient temple signify Badami Chalukyan architecture. The architecture is completely different from the usual South-Indian temples.


The temples are very very old too, and you can see it as well.


The principal deities at the Jogulamba temple are Jogulamba and Balabrahmeshwara. Goddess Jogulamba is considered the 5th Shakti Peeta among 18 shakti peetams in the country.
