This is the must place to visit especially during late evenings when all the city lights are turned on, the view of the Hussain Sagar lake, Buddha statue is really spectacular.

Hello everyone :)

Once while I was going to my hometown during the festive season,  I forgot to book tickets and I had to bear the brunt of it for a long while, waiting in the bus stand.

Finally, I got a seat in the evening bus but I had to sit behind the bus driver for a short while till another passenger would get down nearby.

I must say that the view was really spectacular. Whenever we passed wider roads and fields, it was really awesome.

I enjoyed my short time on that seat.

34. GODDESS CHENGALAMMA TEMPLE Sullurpeta

Hello everyone :)

Goddess Chengalamma temple is located in Sullurpeta which I had the chance to visit. This temple was built in 10th century.

There is interesting story behind the temple.

Many hundred years ago when the villagers wanted to build a road to the temple, the Goddess appeared in their dreams and blessed them. Following the instructions of the Goddess, the temple was kept open for whole 24 hours.

 Sullurpeta is also famous as Satish Dhawan Space Centre is very near this place.

This tree here is as old as this temple.

The other area where the accommodation is available is very well maintained.

33. LUMBINI PARK

Hello everyone :)

 T. Anjaiah Lumbini Park locally known as Lumbini Park is located adjacent to Hussain Sagar lake in Hyderabad. Boating to go to the Buddha statue starts from here. 

 The Lumbini park also hosts the world famous laser show at the evening after 7:00pm, it is a fully packed show and we have to take separate tickets for seeing it.

It is a nice place to spend time with your family and friends
